Up to 2 m high and 1.5 - 2 m wide leafy shrub, erect. Frost-resistant. Modest to soils. Well tolerates drought and growing conditions in the city. Grows in sunny to semi-shaded areas. Leaves dark red, shiny, three-lobed, with a heart-shaped base. Flowers creamy-white, arranged in shield-shaped inflorescences. It blooms in June - July.
