Height up to 150 cm, width up to 100 cm. Strong, well-branched shrub with shiny, dark green foliage blooms in waves throughout the season. Blossoms large, full, dark red, borne solitary. One of the darkest roses. No fragrance of barely detectable, sweet fragrance. Tolerates shade well. Suitable for cut flower, vase life up to two weeks. Resistance to diseases moderate, good resistance to powdery mildew, moderate rain tolerance. Needs protection from spring frosts. Bred by Hans Jürgen Evers in Germany, 1995.
