Height 75-150 cm, width 60 cm. Upright, thorny shrub with shiny, dark green foliage blooms in waves throughout the season. Blossoms coral-red, very large and very full, in time color changes to geranium red; blossoms are arranged in small clusters. Strong fragrance, similar to citrus, damask rose and fruit. Resistance to diseases moderate, needs protection from spring frosts. Rain can damage flowers. Bred by Mathias Tantau Jr. in Germany, 1963.
